The Toronto Holocaust Museum is proud to offer specially designed resources to assist educators in teaching about the complex history of the Holocaust.
Join the THM for an interactive conversation with Michael Fraiman, creator of an all-new original audio drama, Justice: A Holocaust Zombie Story. This 7-part fictional miniseries follows a young Canadian woman, Kat, who discovers her Jewish heritage and travels to meet her estranged family in Berlin only to be thrust into a burgeoning global crisis when zombified Holocaust victims begin rising from the mass graves of former concentration camps. While the German government panics and antisemitic conspiracy theorists run amok with online hate, Kat realizes nobody is listening to the victims themselves, one of whom is not only peaceful—but mysteriously drawn to her.
Released during the recent Ashkenaz Festival, this groundbreaking series includes a documentary post-episode produced in partnership with the THM. Listen here: thecjn.ca/zombies
In this intimate conversation, Michael Fraiman (Director of Podcasts, The CJN) offers insight into the show’s origins and intentions as an innovative piece of Holocaust education designed for the digital age.
Ticket includes Museum admission between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM in advance of the program.
This is a joint event and the collection and use of personal information of registrants will be subject to the privacy policy of each of UJA and The CJN.
